A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FRED L. NAGEL, AS ACTING CITY MANAGER,
AND BENJAMIN C. LeROY, AS CITY TREASURER, TO EXECUTE ALL CHECKS FOR
ACCOUNTS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH REQUIRING THE SIGNATURES OF THE CITY
MANAGER AND THE CITY TREASURER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Fred L. Nagel, as Acting City Manager, together
with Benjamin C. LeRoy, as City Treasurer, be, and they are hereby,
authorized to execute checks on all banking accounts of the City of
Paducah requiring the signatures of the City Manager and City Treasurer.
SECTION 2. That all banks wherein City checking accounts are
maintained be notified and given a copy of this resolution.
SECTION 3. The signature of Fred L. Nagel, as Acting City Manager,
may be presented by hand writing, facsimile, or rubber stamp, and the
signature of Benjamin C. LeRoy, as City Treasurer, will be acceptable
as hand written or facsimile.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption, and shall be retroactive to all checks
executed by the parties from and after October 4, 1972.
