AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY BETWEEN THE TRI -COUNTY
DRUG TASK FORCE AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR A DRUG GRANT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary between the Tri -County Drug Task Force and the City of Paducah
for a Methamphetamine Grant in the amount of $10,000.00 for the Paducah Police
Department.

SECTION 2. Account No. 040-1616- - PO 00 will be assigned
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
