A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PRESIDENT OR VICE PRESIDENT
OF THE PADUCAH AIRPORT CORPORATION TO EXECUTE CERTIFICATIONS ON
BEHALF OF THE SPONSOR ON ALL GRANT APPLICATIONS WITH THE FEDERAL
AVIATION ADMINISTRATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, hereby
authorizes the President, or in his;absence, the Vice President
of the Paducah Airport Corporation to execute the Certification
of Sponsor on all grant payment applications with the Federal
Aviation Administration.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
