A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF GRANT
AGREEMENT FOR PROJECT NO. B-21-0043-02 BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND COUNTY OF McCRACKEN KENTUCKY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That said Board of Commissioners hereby authorizes
the execution of Grant Agreement between the Federal Aviation
Administration on behalf of the United States of America and the
City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. That Alice H. McNutt, Mayor, is hereby authorized
and directed to execute said Grant Agreement in quadruplicate on
behalf of said City of Paducah, Kentucky, and the City Clerk, Sarah
Thurman, is hereby authorized and directed to impress the official
seal of the City of Paducah and to attest said execution.
SECTION 3. That the Grant Agreement referred to hereinabove
shall be attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution as
though it were fully copied herein.
SECTION 4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
