ORDINANCE NO. 72-6-664
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
TEMPORARILY CLOSING SOUTH 25TH STREET BETWEEN BROADWAY AND KENTUCKY
AVENUE DURING THE CONSTRUCTION AND EXTENSION AT WESTERN BAPTIST
HOSPITAL", WHICH ORDINANCE WAS ADOPTED ON AUGUST 3, 1971
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance bearing the title quoted above,
which was duly adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah on August 3, 1971, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after July 1, 1972.
