WARREN TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN LOT 19, BLOCK 1, OF J. W. LITTLE ADDITION, FORMERLY KNOWN AS 1623 LITTLE AVENUE, FOR THE SUM OF $300.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the offer of A. F. Warren in the amount of $300.00, to purchase the interest of the City of Paducah in the following described land in said city, be accepted, said land being described as follows: Lot 19 in Block 1 in J. W. Little Addition, fronting 50 feet on the west side of Little Avenue between Paxton Street and Virgie Street, and as shown on page 7 of Block Map Book No. 7 in the office of the City Engineer. See Deed Book 51, page 614. Being the same land (J. W. Little Estate property) conveyed to the City of Paducah by Ben C. LeRoy, Treasurer, by deed dated June 1, 1972 and of record in Deed Book 541, page 48 in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office. SECTION 2. Upon payment of the sum of $300.00 to the City Treasurer, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to A. F. Warren all the right, title and interest of the City in the property described in Section 1 hereof, and said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only, shall contain no warranty as to title and shall be subject to any state of facts that might be shown by an accurate survey.
