ORDINANCE NO. 72-6-661
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 8-36 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, PERTAINING TO THE CHARGES
FOR OPENING AND CLOSING OF GRAVES IN OAK GROVE CEMETERY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That so much of Section 8-36 "Charge for opening and
closing graves; other cemetery services." as reads
"Sundays, holidays and before 1 p.m. on any
day following a holiday
Any grave ................................... $115.00"
be amended and reordained so that said portion of said section
as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sundays, holidays and before 1 p.m. on any
day following a holiday
Anygrave .................................. $150.00"
SECTION 2. Section 1 amends a portion of an ordinance that was
last amended by Ordinance No. 71-1-424, dated January 5, 1971.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
