ORDINANCE NO. 72-5-648
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-59 "PARKS AND RECREATION
DEPARTMENT" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a portion of Section (a) of Section 10-59
"Parks and Recreation Department" of the Code of Ordinances City of
Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained by adding thereto the
following position and base monthly salary:
"Laborer (1 position) $2.50"
SECTION 2. Section 1 amends Section 11 of Ordinance No.
72-4-630, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on April 11,
1972.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption, and retroactive to May 15, 1972.
