ORDINANCE NO. 72-5-645
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 2-47 (a) NONCIVIL
SERVICE EMPLOYEES GENERALLY OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-47 (a) "Noncivil service employees
generally" of the Code of Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be amended in part by adding thereto the following position and base
hourly rate:
Position Base Hourly Rate
"Meter Maintenance Man $3.08"
SECTION 2. Section 1 amends an ordinance which was last
amended by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 72-4-636 which was adopted
April 11, 1972, with an effective date of April 1, 1972.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and retroactive to April 1, 1972.
