FOR CONSTRUCTING A GRAVITY SEWER CROSSING UNDER THE RAILROAD TRACK AT HELEN STREET AND UNDER THE RAILROAD TRACK AT ST. LOUIS AVENUE, AND UNDER THE CAIRO ROAD AT HELEN STREET IN PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid of Tilford Plumbing & Heating, Inc., which -bid was as follows: St. Louis Avenue & I.C.R.R. $2,736.25 Helen Street & I.C.R.R. 2,866.38 Cairo Road & Helen Street 1,374.96 for a total bid price of $6,977.59, which bid complies with the specifications set out in the resolution adopted February 24, 1970 authorizing advertisement for such bids, and as contained in the bid of Tilford Plumbing & Heating, Inc. dated March 23, 1970. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract for said construction as set out in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter. /1 Mayor Introduced by the Board of Commissioners March 24, 1970 Passed by the Board of Commissioners April 7, 1970 Recorded by Sarah Thurman, City Clerk, April 7, 1970.
