AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY BETWEEN THE KENTUCKY
JUSTICE CABINET AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR A ZERO TOLERANCE
GRANT

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute all
documents necessary between the Kentucky Justice Cabinet and the City of Paducah for a
Zero Tolerance Grant in the amount of $24,407.00 for the Paducah Police Department.

SECTION 2. Account No. 001-0000-420-62-00 will be assigned to this

become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
