WOOTEN TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN PROPERTY AT 219 JACKSON STREET THEREIN, FOR THE SUM OF $225.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the offer of Eugene E. and Mary C. Wooten in the amount of $225.00 to purchase the interest of the City of Paducah in certain property therein, be accepted, said property being described as follows: Known as 219 Jackson Street, fronting 40 feet on the north side of same, being 66.67 feet deep and situated about 143.'25 feet east of 3rd Street and as shown on page 19 of Block Map Book No. 1 in the office of the City Engineer. Being the same property conveyed to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, by City Treasurer's Tax Sale Deed dated February 14, 1969, of record in Deed Book 506, page 359, McCracken County court Clerk's office. SECTION 2. On payment of the sum of $225.00 to the City Treasurer, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to Eugene E. and Mary C. Wooten in survivorship, all right, title and interest of the City in the property described in Section 1 hereof, and said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only, shall con- tain no warranty as to title, and shall be subject to any state of facts that might be shown by an accurate survey. SECTION 3. Thi's ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
