FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF APPROXIMATELY 7000 FEET OF TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL CABLE, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON TUHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE BE IT ORDKINED BY THE BOARD OF COPM4ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid of Clifford of Vermont, Inc. in -the sum of $1,143.45 for the sale to said city of approximately 7000 feet of traffic control signal cable, having the specifications set out in the Resolution adopted November 15, 1966 by the -Board of Commissioners of said City authorizing advertisement for bids for such equipment, and contained in the bid of Clifford of Vermont, Inc, dated December 1, 1966. SECTION 2. That said sum of $1,143.45 for the item described in Section 1 above, shall be paid from said City's Cumulative Public Works Fund. SECTION 3. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract for said traffic control signal cable as set out in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter. =�mayor - Introduced by the Board of Commissioners December 27, 1966 Passed by the Board of Commissioners January 3, 1967 Recorded by Sarah Thurman, City Clerk, January 3, 1967.
