HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 16, Page 873, Ordinance Number 69-1-164B7� ORDINANCE NO 69-1-164 AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARY OF THE JUDGE OF THE POLICE COURT OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH; PROVIDING FOR PAYMENT OF SUCH SALARY; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Police Judge of the City of Paducah will be paid a salary of $7,200.00 per year, payable $600.00 per month effective from and after the 1st day of January, 1969, and said salary shall be paid to the duly elected Police Judge at the same time and in the same manner as the salaries of other officers and employees of the City are paid. SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
