ORDINANCE NO. 68-9-120 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY AT 520 SOUTH 3RD STREET, AND AMENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE -1961 SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning Commission on September 18, 1968, entitled "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY AT 520 SOUTH 3RD STREET", be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth. SECTION 2. That the zone classification change and the map amendment proposed in said resolution be, and the same hereby is, declared to be in agreement with the comprehensive plan of the City of Paducah. SECTION 3. That the zone classification of the following property be, and it is hereby, changed from R-3 Two -Family Residential Zone to M-1 General Indust rial Zone: Beginning at the intersection of the dividing line between the M-1 zone and the R-3 zone and the center line of South 3rd Street; thence in a southerly direction along and with the center line of South 3rd Street a distance of 133.33 feet to a point; thence at right angles and in a westerly direction and along and with the south line of W. T. Rudd a distance of 206.25 feet to a point; thence at right angles and in a northerly direction along and with the west line of W. T. Rudd a distance of 133.33 feet to a point; thence at right angles and in an easterly direction along and with the north line of W. T. Rudd a distance of 206.25 feet to the point of beginning. SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions. 747 SECTION 5.
