ORDINANCE NO. 68-9-119
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND CREATING A YOUGH ADVISORY
COMMITTEE FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established and created a Youth
Advisory Committee for the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. The purpose of said Committee is to advise the
Mayor and Commissioners on any and all matters relating to and
affecting youth problems in the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 3. Membership on the Youth Advisory Committee shall
be by appointment of the Mayor, and all appointees shall serve for
an indefinite period at the pleasure of the Mayor, and the number
of members shall be limited to fifteen (15) at any one time.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
