FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE NEW 1968 CHEVROLET IMPALA 4 DOOR SEDAN, MODEL 16469 FOR USE BY THE CITY MANAGER, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Wilson Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc. in the sum of $2,478.60, less $155.00 for trade-in of one 1961 Falcon Automobile, making a net total of $2,323.60 for the sale to the City of one new 1968 Chevrolet Impala 4 door Sedan Model 16469 having the specifications as set out in the resolution adopted August 13, 1968, by the Board of Commissioners of the City authorizing advertisement for bids for such automobile, and contained in the bid of Wilson Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc. dated August 22, 1968. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract for said vehicle as set out in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
