ORDINANCE NO. 68-8-107
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING A PORTION OF THE PUBLIC REVENUE AND
INCOME OF THE -CITY OF PADUCAH FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE PUBLIC
WORKS CUMULATIVE RESERVE FUND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be, and he hereby is,
authorized and directed to appropriate $20,000.00 of the revenue and
income of the City of Paducah, Kentucky from the General Fund to the
Public Works Cumulative Reserve Fund for the purpose of meeting current
obligations'due and payable from said Reserve Fund.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
