KEVIL TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN PROPERTY AT 415 SOUTH 7TH STREET THEREIN, FOR THE SUM OF $500.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the offer of Ulysses S. Kevi1 in the amount of $500.00 to purchase the interest of the City of Paducah in certain property therein be accepted, said property being described as follows: Known as 415 South 7th Street, fronting 35.75 feet on west side of same running back westerly 165 feet to an alley, and being 115.5 feet south of Clark Street, and as shown on page 91 of Block Map Book No. 1 in the office of the City Engineer. Being the same property conveyed to the City of Paducah by Ben C. LeRoy, Treasurer, by deed of record in Deed Book 500, page 584 in the McCracken County Court Clerk's Office. SECTION 2. Upon payment of the sum of $500.00 to the City Treasurer by the aforesaid Ulysses S. Kevil, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to him all the right, title and interest of the City in the property described in Section 1 hereof, and said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only, shall contain no warranty as to title, and shall be subject to any state of facts that might be shown by an accurate survey. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
