The duties of each person holding the positions established in Section 1 hereof shall be to supervise and guard prisoners of the Paducah City Jail while working outside the City Hall. SECTION 5. Any person employed in the non -civil service position of Prisoner Detail Supervisor shall not thereby be entitled to any civil service benefits under any law or ordinance nor to any benefit other than the pay prescribed for the work. SECTION 6. Any person occupying the position of non -civil service Prisoner Detail Supervisor shall be paid at the rate of $2.80 per hour. SECTION 7. AN ORDINANCE CREATING AND ESTABLISHING THE NON -CIVIL SERVICE POSITION OF PRISONER DETAIL SUPERVISOR, PRESCRIBING THE DUTIES OF SAID POSITION AND FIXING THE RATE OF PAY THEREFOR BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That there is hereby created and established the non -civil service position of Prisoner Detail Supervisor for the City of Paducah, Kentucky. }` SECTION 2. Each person holding the position of Prisoner Detail _ �^ - Supervisor shall be under the supervision and direction of the Judge 70 e:�% of the Paducah Police -Court, and the time worked shall be accounted for ✓ on the payroll of the Police Court. SECTION 3. The position shall be part time only and shall be filled by policemen of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, on a voluntary basis during their off duty hours, and no policeman shall be permitted to work at this occupation in excess of the limits as prescribed in Sections 25-9 and 25-10 of the Code of Ordinances City of Paducah, Kentucky.
