ANDERSON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF NEW PARTS 'FOR REPAIR OF AN HD5 DOZER; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF SAID PARTS, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the bid of W. E. Anderson Construction Company for the sale to the City of new parts for repair of an HD5 Dozer, be accepted, and tha the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into and execute d contract for the purchase of said parts at the following prices: DESCRIPTION QUANTITY PRICE 33 Link Rail Assembly 2 each $728.30 Bottom Roller Assembly (heavy duty) 8 each 753.04 Top Roller Assembly (complete) 2 each 127.04 Sprocket Assembly (complete) 2 each 250.24 Seal Kit Idler 4 each 71.68 1,930.30 5% Sales Tax 96.52 $2.026.82 Less trade-in for old parts at 15% 304.02 Net Bid 1,772.80 The bid price is to be f.o.b. delivery in the City as may be designated by the City of Paducah. Said contract shall also contain all the terms, conditions and specifications contained in a resolution authorizing the advertisement for bids, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners of said City on May 28, 1968, and as contained in the bid submitted by W. E. Anderson Construction Company dated May 4, 1968. It is understood that all parts are to be new and of the make of the dozer. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
