A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR CORPORATION COUNSEL
TO ECECUTE, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, ANY AND ALL
RELEASES OF LIENS, MORTGAGES OR ENCUMBRANCES AGAINST ANY PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager and Corporation Counsel of
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, are each hereby authorized to execute,
on behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, any and all releases
of liens, mortgages or encumbrances held by the City against any
property, real or personal.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
