HAYS AND WIFE, FRANCIS HAYS, TO PURCHASE PROPERTY ON FLOURNOY STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, OWNED BY THE CITY, FOR THE SUM OF $300.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the offer of John P. Hays and wife, Frances Hays, in the amount of $300.00 to purchase certain property owned by the City on Flournoy Street, be accepted, said property being described as follows: Fronting 113 feet on east side of Flournoy Street extending back eastwardly 200 feet; situated 114..5 feet north of the right of way of the C. St. L. & N.O. R.R. Co. and as shown on page 29 of Block Map Book No. 3 in the office of the City Engineer. Being the same property conveyed to City of Paducah, Kentucky, by R. H. Overstreet, Acting Treasurer, by deed dated April 29, 1968, and of record in Deed Book _ page in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office. SECTION 2. Upon payment of the sum of $300.00 to the City Treasurer by the aforesaid John P. Hays and wife, Frances Hays, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to them in survivorship the property described in Section 1 hereof, and said deed of conveyance shall be quit -claim only, shall contain no warranty as to title, and shall be subject to any state of facts that might be shown by an accurate survey.
