A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COPTQISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, DESIONATINC AN ALTERNATE PLACE OF PAYMENT OF
FRINCIPAL AND INTEREST WITH RESPECT TO w2,500,000 "CITY OF PADUCAH
VOTED SEWER BONDS"
THE BOARD OF_COP?QISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, AS FOLL0:9S:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the City's
pulilic offering of its $2,500,000 "City of Paducar Voted Sewer Bonds,"
dated as of I,ia,r 1, 1866, and in accordance with the request of the
purchasers of said l,onds (as awarded by that certain Resolution which
was adopted 1,y this Board of Commissioners on February 7, 1967, upon
consideration and comparison of purchase bids), the City hereby
designates the principal office of The Northern Trust Company, in
Chicago, Illinois, as the alternate place of payment of the principal
of and interest on said bonds; and the bond printer may be so instructed.
SECTION 2_ This Resolution shall he in full force and effect
upon adoption.
ADOPTED at a meeting- of the Board of Commissioners held on
the 14th day of February, 1967.
