ORDINANCE NO. 68-3-28
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF
PUBLIC SERVICE, AND THE POSITIONS OF DIRECTOR AND ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
THEREOF", which WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON
JANUARY 3, 1966
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance containing the title quoted
above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on January 3,
1966, be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
