MULLEN MOTOR COMPANY, INC., FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH OF THREE (3) NEW 1968 BUICK LESABRE SEDAN AUTOMOBILES FOR USE BY THE POLICE CHIEF, FIRE CHIEF AND MAYOR OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid of Ray H. Mullen Motor Company, Inc. in the sum of $6,804.00, less $806.00 for trade-in of two (2) 1961 Buick automobiles, making a net total of $5,998.00 for the sale to the City of three (3) new 1968 Buick Lesabre sedans, model 5269, having the specifications as set out in the Resolution adopted January 2, 1968 by the Board of Commissioners of said city authorizing advertisement for bids for such equipment, and contained in the bid of Ray H. Mullen Motor Company, -Inc. dated January 23, 1968. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contrant for said vehicles as set out in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
