A RESOLUTION ADDING SECTION 2-A TO A RESOLUTION ENTITLED "A
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO MAKE APPLICATION
WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR A CONCENTRATED
CODE ENFORCEMENT AND PUBLIC AND NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENT GRANT FOR
THREE-FOURTHS OF THE COST OF UNDERTAKING AND CARRYING OUT AN IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM", WHICH RESOLUTION WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
ON OCTOBER 3, 1967
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-A be added to a resolution having
the title quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners
on October 3, 1967, which Section 2-A shall read as follows:
"SECTION 2-A. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to assure the Secretary of Housing and Urban
Development that the locality has a program for and will provide in
a timely manner all necessary public improvements for the code
enforcement area."
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
