AN ORDINANCE CLOSING AN ALLEY LOCATED BETWEEN JONES STREET
AND NORTON STREET AND EXTENDING WEST FROM MURRELL BOULEVARD,
OR 10TH STREET TOWARD 11TH STREET FOR A DISTANCE.OF 175 FEET
TO ITS JUNCTION WITH ANOTHER 20 FOOT.ALLEY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does
hereby authorize the closing of a certain portion of an alley
in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, described as follows:
Being a 20 foot alley located between Jones
Street and Norton Street and extending west
from Murrell Boulevard, or 10th Street,
toward 11th Street a distance of 175 feet
to its junction with another 20 foot alley.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City
of Paducah, Kentucky, be, and he is hereby, authorized and
empowered to institute and prosecute, pursuant to Section
94.360 of Kentucky Revised Statutes, an action in the McCracken
Circuit Court for a judgment ordering the closing of the portion
ofthe alley described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
