AN ORDINANCE CLOSING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY SITUATED BETWEEN
BROADWAY AND KENTUCKY AVENUE AND EXTENDING EAST FROM 25TH STREET
TOWARD 24TH STREET A DISTANCE OF 150 FEET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, does
hereby authorize the closing of a portion of an alley in the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, described as follows:
All that portion of a 25 -foot alley located
between Broadway and Kentucky Avenue and
extending east from 25th Street toward 24th
Street a distance of 150 feet.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City
of Paducah, Kentuc$y, be, and he is hereby, authorized and
empowered to institute and prosecute, pursuant to Section
94.360 of Kentucky Revised Statutes, an action in the McCracken
Circuit Court for a judgment ordering the closing of the portion
of the alley described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
