HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 16, Page 28, No Ordinance Number2P / EASELENT FROT'': ANNA BAUMER BROIVM FOR THE SUM OF $1,500-00 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C0104ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF That the City of Paducah, unmarried, a sewer easement for the construction, inspection, maintenance, operation and repair of a sewer line or lines and drainage ditch and all necessary appurtenances in connection to be constructed upon, over and through certain land owned by the said Anna Baumer Brown in the City of Paducah, County of T•:cCracken.and State of Kentucky, described as follows: Beginning at a point where the southwesterly line of a "0 foot strip of p'round acquired by the City of Paducah from C. E. McCutchen for the right of way for a drainage ditch and recorded in Deed Book 362, page 293, intersects the line dividing the property of C. E. McCutchen and Anna Baumer Brown; thence in a north westerly direction and with said southerly line extended in a -straight line a distance of 230.2 feet; thence in a northerly direction at an interior angle of 149 degrees 35 minutes a distance of 213.0 feet to the center line of Perkins Creek; thence at an interior angle of 70 degrees 151 minutes with the center line of said creek and said center line extended a distance of 223.0 feet more or less to the line dividing the properties of C. E. T+icCutchen and Anna Baumer Brown; thence with said dividing line in a southerly direction 348.9 feet more or less to the point of beginning. The above described property consists of 1.1$ acres. For source of title to all land mentioned herein see Will Book "K[', page 431 and Deed Book 395, page 118 in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office. The amount to be paid to Anna Baumer Brown for the sewer easement set out in Section 1 hereof shall be the sum of $1,500.00 and shall be paid by the City from its Public Works Cumulative Reserve file for at least one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and i shall he in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
