AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO
PAY IRONWORKERS LOCAL UNION NO. 782 AND ROY SHELTON, PAUL FERRELL
AND WAYNE HALL, TRUSTEES OF IRONWORKERS LOCAL UNION NO. 782, THE
SUM OF $3,350.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF A PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FOR A SEWER LINE ACROSS THEIR PROPERTY BETWEEN
11TH AND 12TH STREETS ON JEFFERSON STREET IN PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to pay to Ironworkers Local Union No.1782
and Roy Shelton, Paul Ferrell and Wayrie Hall,'Trustees'of Ironworkers
Local Union No. 782, the sum of $3,350.00 for the purchase of a
permanent and temporary construction easement for a sewer line across
their property located between 11th and 12th on Jefferson Street, which
permanent and temporary construction easements are described as
follows:
PERMANENT EASEMENT
A strip of ground 20 feet in width off the
ease side of a lot located on the south side
of Jefferson Street between 11th Street and
12th Street, being a part of Lots 31 and 32,
Block 10, Enders Addition, recorded in Deed
Book "L", page 97, McCracken County Court Clerk's
office, described as follows: The east side of
said strip of ground begins 193.5 feet west of
the west property line of 11th Street and extends
back a depth of 160 feet to a 26.5 foot alley.
TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT
A strip of ground 20 feet in width and 160 feet
in depth lying west of and adjacent to the
above described permanent easement.
Being part of the property conveyed to Roy Shelton,
Paul Ferrell and Wayne Hall, Trustees of Ironworkers
Local Union No. 782, and Ironworkers Local Union No. 782
by deed dated December 19, 1966, of record in Deed Bock
483, page 402 in the McCracken County Court Clerk's
office.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be introduced at a meeting of the'
Board of Commissioners and remain on file for at least one (1) week for public'
inspeetion in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final
passage, and if adopted shall be in full force
and effect ten (10) days thereaft
