ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, CONVEYING A 46 x 70 FOOT LOT
AT THE NORTHEAST INTERSECTION OF STH AND JONES STREETS IN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH
WHEREAS on August , 1967, the City obtained a City Treasurer's
Tax.Deed to a lot 46x70 feet located at the northeast intersection of
8th and Jones Streets, and
WHEREAS the City has received an offer from Lydia Mae Motley for the
purchase of said lot for the sum of $50.00.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to execute a deed to Lydia Mae Motley conveying
the following described land situated in said City:
A lot of ground situated on the northeast corner
of 8th and Jones Streets, fronting forty-six (46)
feet on Jones Street and running back a uniform
width of seventy (70) feet and having a frontage
on 8th Street of seventy (70) feet.
Being the same property conveyed to the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, by a City Treasurer's Tax Deed
dated August 1967, of record in Deed Book _
page _ McCracken County Court Clerk's office.
SECTION 2. The deed of conveyance authorized in Section 1 hereof
shall contain no covenant of warranty and shall be subject to any state of
fact that might be shown by an accurate survey.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
