ALLISTON AND GULF OIL CORPORATION THE SUM OF $1,800.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF A PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FOR A SEWER LINE ACROSS THEIR PROPERTY AT THE INTERSECTION OF JACKSON STREET AND LONE OAK ROAD IN PADUCAH, KENTUCKY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY_OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Christine M. Alliston, a single person, and Gulf Oil Corporation, the sum of $1,800.00 for the purchase of a permanent and temporary construction easement for a sewer line across their property at the intersection of Jackson Street and Lone Oak Road, which permanent and temporary easements are described as follows: PERMANENT EASEMENT Beginning at a point on the east property line of the Lone Oak Road said point being in the dividing line between the properties of Christine Alliston and Beaumar, Inc.; thence in a southerly direction and with the east property line of the Line Oak Road 20.u4 feet to the beginning of a curve having a radius of 25 feet; thence with said curve in a southerly and easterly direction 45.76 feet to the end of said curve on the north property line of Jackson Street; thence in an easterly direction and with the north property line of Jackson Street 3.76 feet; thence at an interior angle of 70 degrees 45 minutes 07h seconds in a northwesterly direction 56.20 feet to the line dividing the properties of Christine Alliston and Beaumar, Inc,; thence with said dividing line in a southwesterly direction 4.29 feet to the point of beginning. TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT A 20 foot strip of ground lying on the east side of and adjacent to the above described permanent easement ex- tending from the north property line of Jackson Street to the line dividing the properties of Christine Alliston and Beaumar, Inc. The permanent and temporary easements herein being a part of the property conveyed to Christine M. Alliston by deed dated February 21, 1959, of record in Deed Book 412, page 21, and being part of the property leased to Gulf Oil Corporation by lease dated November 25, 1959, all records being in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be introduced at a meeting of the Board of Commissioners and remain on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter. /11�YUC�%11.
