AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
DEED, ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, CONVEYING LOTS 4, 5
AND 6 IN BLOCK 4 IN THE LITTLE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH
WHEREAS on July 24, 1967 the City obtained a City Treasurer's
Tax Deed to Lots 4, 5 and 6 in Block 4 in the Little Addition to the
City of Paducah, and
WHEREAS the City has received an offer from David Carter for the
purchase of said lots for the total sum of $100.00.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized and directed to execute a deed to David Carter
conveying the following described land situated in said City:
Lots 4, 5 and 6 in Block 4 in the Little Addition
to the City of Paducah, fronting 150 feet on the
east side of Little Avenue, and being the same
property conveyed to the City of Paducah, Kentucky
by deed dated July 24, 1967, and of record in
Deed Book , page , McCracken County
Court Clerk's office.
SECTION 2. The deed of conveyance authorized in Section 1 hereof
shall contain no covenant of warranty and shall be subject to any state
of fact that might be shown by an accurate survey.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
