AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH MUNICIPAL CODE CORPORATION OF TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CODIFYING ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO MAKE PAYMENT THEREFOR BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the Municipal Code Corporation of Tallahassee, Florida, for the purpose of codifying ordinances of the City of Paducah, a copy of which has this day been received and filed by the Board of Commissioners, and is made a part hereof by reference. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay to said Corporation the sum of $2,950.00 upon submission of the manuscript to the City at the first editorial con- ference, and to pay the balance of approximately $3,000.00 due under the contract upon final delivery of the completed code. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for at -least one '(I)- week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
