WAY TRAFFIC SIGNALS, AND EIGHT (R) SINGLE DIAL, FIXED TIFF, EXPANSIBLE TRAFFIC SIr-NAL CONTROLLERS WITH .'JALY AND WAIT CIRCUITS, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONSRS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Cite of Paducah, Kentuckv, accept the '.yid of Interstate Katerial Supplies, Inc. in the amount of $407.00 for the sale to said Cite of two (2) non-adjustable, .four (4) way traffic signals, and in the amount of x'1 ,2"?_.00 for the sale to said City of eip•ht (P) sinfile dial, fired. time, expansible traffic signal controllers with :•talk and wait circuits, raving the specifications as set forth in the Resolution adopted 1lo-ember 22, 1966 by the Board of Commissioners of said City auth.orizinrr advertisement for bids for such equipment, and contained in the bid of said Interstate Material Supplies, Inc. dated December 12, 19(6. SECTIOF 2. That said stun of 0,r'9.00 for the items described in Section 1 above shall be paid from said City's Cumulative Public Works Fund. SECTION 3. That the City Manager he, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract for said traffic signals and sirTbal controllers as set out in'Section 1 hereof. SECTION 4.
