TODD UNIFORM RENTAL SERVICE COMPANY OF KENTUCKY, FOR FURNISHING THE CITY OF PADUCAH WITH UNIFORMS FOR THE REFUSE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR SAME BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the bid of Chas Todd Uniform Rental Service Company of Kentucky, dated November 24, 1969, for furnishing the City of Paducah with uniforms for the Refuse Department personnel, be accepted at the cost of $1.50 per employee per week, said bid having the terms, conditions and specifications as set out in the resolution requesting bids adopted by the Board of Commissioners on November 11, 1969. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Chas Todd Uniform Rental Service Company of Kentucky for the uniforms and services as set out in Section 1 hereof, such contract to contain the provisions, terms, conditions and specifications as set forth in the said bid and the said resolution and as set out in Section 1 hereof, such contract to be executed as of the effective date of this ordinance. SECTION 3.
