HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 16, Page 1102, No Resolution Number1102 A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 3 OF A RESOLUTION ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION OF A PROPOSED CONTRACT FOR URBAN BEAUTIFICATION AND IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM, NUMBERED CONTRACT NO. KY. B-1 (G), BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND UNITED STATES OF AMERICA", WHICH RESOLUTION WAS PASSED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON JULY 8, 1969 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That Section 3 of a resolution bearing the above stated title be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows: "SECTION 3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to file requisitions, together with necessary supporting documents, with the Government, from time to time, requesting payment to be made on account of the grant provided for in the said contract, and to do any and all other thingsand acts required to be done or performed in order to obtain such payments." SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
