FRANK HAM TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN PROPERTY AT 918 NORTH 10TH STREET FOR THE SUM OF $100.00, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the offer of E. Frank Ham in the amount of $100.00 to purchase the interest of the City of Paducah in certain property therein, be accepted, said property being described as follows: Being the property at 918 North 10th Street, fronting 40 feet on the north side of 10th Street, 72 feet east of Finley Street, being 200 feet deep, and as shown on page 40 of Block Map Book No. 3 in the office of the City Engineer. Being the same property (George Whitlock Estate and Bessie Brown property) conveyed to the City of Paducah by Ben C. LeRoy, Treasurer, by deed dated April 18, 1969 and of record in Deed Book 508, page 473 in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office. SECTION 2. Upon payment of the sum of $100.00 to the City Treasurer by the aforesaid E. Frank Ham, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to him all the right, title and interest of the City in the property described in Section 1 hereof, and said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only, shall contain no warranty as to title and shall be subject to any state of facts that might be shown by an accurate survey. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
