HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 16, Page 1050, Ordinance Number 69-7-228105 ORDINANCE NO. 69-7-228 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF KATTERJOHN CONCRETE PRODUCTS FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF .ONE (1) PRECAST CONCRETE BRIDGE FOR USE BY THE STREET DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid of Katterjohn Concrete Products for the sale to the City of one (1) precast concrete bridge in the total sum of $5,312.16, including sales tax, said bid having the specifications set out in a resolution adopted on May 27, 1969 by the Board of Commissioners of the City authorizing advertisement for bids for such bridge, and contained in the bid of Katterjohn Concrete Products dated June 5, 1969. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract for said bridge as set out in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
