ORDINANCE NO. 69-7-226
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF WILSON'S FORD TRACTOR, INC.
FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) NEW 1969 MODEL TRACTOR FOR USE BY
THE STREET DEPARTMENT, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON
WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid
of Wilson's Ford Tractor, Inc. in the sum of $3,346.00 for the sale
to the City of one (1) new 1969 model tractor, having substantially
the specifications set out in the resolution adopted June 10, 1969 by
the Board of Commissioners of the City authorizing advertisement for
bids for such equipment, and contained in the bid of Wilson's Ford
Tractor, tnc. dated June 16, 1969.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to enter into a contract for said tractor as set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file
for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form
in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be
in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
