ORDINANCE NO. 69-7-223
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF HYLO SUPPLY, INC. FOR THE
SALE TO THE CITY OF 60 FEET OF .125 GAUGE 72 INCH DIAMETER ALUMINUM
PIPE FOR USE IN THE PUBLIV WORKS DEPARTMENT, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS
AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid
of Hylo Supply, Inc. for sale to the City of 60 feet of .125 gauge
72 -inch diameter aluminum pipe for use in the Public Works Department
for a total price of $2,085.00 unassembled, or $2,495.00 assembled,
with terms of �-/. 10 days, Net 30 days, f.o.b. job site, said bid
having essentially the specifications as set forth in the resolution
requesting bids, passed by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah on May 27, 1969.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to enter into a contract for said pipe as set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file
for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form
in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall
be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
