HAWS TO PURCHASE THE INTEREST OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN LOTS 5 AND 6 IN BLOCK 2 OF O'BRYAN'S SECOND ADDITION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the offer of Claude F. Haws in the amount of $500.00 to purchase the interest of the City of Paducah in the herein- after described property, including the release of all of his rights under City Treasurer's sales of the property for 1964 and 1965 taxes, be accepted, said property being described as follows: Lot No. 5 in Block No. 2 in O'Bryan's Second Addition, fronting 40 feet on the south side of Center Street between Alabama Street and Old Mayfield Road, and as shown on page 53 of Block Map Book 4 in the office of the City Engineer. Being the same property conveyed to the City of Paducah by Ben C. LeRoy, Treasurer (Percival H. Kelly property) be deed dated May 28, 1969, and of record in Deed Book 509, page 621, in the McCracken County Court Clerk's office. .Lot No. 6 in Block No. 2 in O'Bryan's Second Addition, fronting 40 feet on the south side of Center Street between Alabama Street and Old Mayfield Road, and as shown on page 53 in Block Map Book 4 in the office of the City Engineer. Being the same property conveyed to the City of. Paducah by Ben C. LeRoy, Treasurer, (W. C. O'Bryan Heirs, Elizabeth Shipley and Annie Johnston property) by deed dated May 28, 1969 of record in Deed Book 509, page 617 in the aforesaid Clerk's office. SECTION 2. Upon zayment of the sum of $500.00 to the City Treasurer, the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to Claude F. Haws all:right, title and interest of the City in the properties described in Section 1 hereof, and said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only, shall contain no warranty as to title and shall be subject to any state of facts that might be shown by an accurate survey. SECTION 3.
