ORDINANCE NO. 69-5-205
AN ORDINANCE CLOSING A PORTION OF AN ALLEY IN BLOCK NO. 11
OF THE CHAMBLIN, MURRAY AND BROWN SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky,does hereby
authorize the closing of a portion of an alley in Block No. 11 of the
Chamblin, Murray and Brown Subdivision in the City of Paducah,
described as follows:
All that portion of an alley in Block 11
of the Chamblin, Murray and Brown Subdivision,
except that portion of said alley lying between
Lots 10 and 11 in said Block 11.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be, and he is hereby, authorized and empowered to institute
and prosecute, pursuant to Section 94.360 of Kentucky Revised Statutes,
an action in the McCracken Circuit Court for a judgment ordering the
closing of a portion of the alley described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
