A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT,
ON BEHALF Or THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, BETWEEN SAID .CITY AND
PADUCAH AND ILLINOIS RAILROAD COMPANY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
SANITARY SEWER UNDER CERTAIN TRACKS OF SAID RAILROAD COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to enter into, on behalf
of said City; an Agreement between it and Paducah and Illinois
Railroad Company to construct and maintain a 12 -inch cast iron sanitary
sewer across and underneath the waylands and tracks of the Railroad
Company in an 18 inch steel casinz pipe having a wall thickness of
0.250 inches beneath two tracks at a point 3726 feet south of Mile
Post 9 near Paducah, Kentucky. To be installed by simultaneous boring
and ,jacking. Gravity flow.
SECTION 2; This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
