A RESOLUTION TERMINATING THREE EXISTING LEASES HERETOFORE
AUTHORIZED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH TO THE CIVIC BEAUTIFICATION BOARD
FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, UPON CERTAIN SPACES WITHIN THE MARKET HOUSE
BUILDING
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF C0144ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH; KENTUCKY:
. SECTION 1. That the three existing leases heretofore entered
into by the City of Paducah to the Civic Beautification Board for said
city, upon certain spaces in the Market House Building; authorized by
Resolution dated September 1$, 1962, of record in Ordinance Book 14,
page 791; November 12; 1963, of record'in Ordinance Book 15, page 152
and April 15, 1964, of record in Ordinance Book 15, page 274, all in
the City Clerk's Office,are.hereby terminated as of'June 15,,1966.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
