AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY
TREASURER TO TRANSFER THE SUM OF $15,567.84 FROM THE CONTINGENT
FUND ACCOUNT OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF CARNEGIE PUBLIC LIBRARY
BE IT- ORDAINED. BY THE BOARD OF CO1v3=SIOI+IERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH•,r. KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City ManaFer and City Treasur-er be, and
they are hereby, authorized and directed to transfer the•sum of
$15-,.567.$4 from the Continpent Fund Account. of the .City to the
Board 6f.Trustees of Carnegie Lubrary, for library operating
purposes.
SECTION 2; This ordinance -shall be introduced and remain
on .file for at least one'week for public inspection in the com-
pleted form in which it shall be put.upon its final passage, and
if adopted, shall be in full force and effect 10 days thereafter.
