FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF FOUR NEW 1963 FORD AUTOMOBILES FOR USE IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the bid of King -Woodall Motors, Inc. in the sum of $$,42$.60, less $2,079.00 for trade-in of Police Cars Nos. 4, 5 and 9, making a total delivery cost of $6,349.60 for the sale to the City of four (4) new 1963 Ford 300, four door sedan automobiles having the specifications set forth in the bid submitted by said King -Woodall Motors, Inc. on June 25, 1963. SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to enter into a contract for the purchase of said motor vehicles as set out in Section 1 hereof. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter. 11 C.
