AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF OHIO VALLEY SUPPLY COMPANY
FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF 350 1500 -WATT CLEAR LAMP BULBS AND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Ohio Valley Supplv Company for
sale to the City of 350 1500 -watt clear lamp hulds at $2.26
each (including Kentucky Sales Tax) be accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Citv Manaper be, and he is hereby,
authorized and directed to enter into a contract for the purchase
of the items set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect deom and after its adoption.
