INC. FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF THREE (3) NEW 1966 CHEVY II; AND
PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL
BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the
bid of Wilson Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc. in the sum of $4,599.61, less
$300.00 for trade-in of one (1) 1960 Plymouth Savoy, and $200.00 for
trade-in of one (1) 1957 one-half ton Chevrolet Pick-up truck, making
a total of $4,099.61 for the sale to the City of three (3) 1966
Chevy II, model 11311, 100 Series, having the specifications sub-
mitted in the bid of said Wilson Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc. dated March
22, 1966.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract for said vehicles as set out in
Section l hereof.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall he introduced and
remain on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and
if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
